These pumps are able to keeps up with the intense demands of the US Navy. We will employ this increased level of scrutiny and precision to solve the needs of your custom situation.
855
Handles up to 26″ Hg Vacuum
Specifically designed to meet the needs of filtrate pump users.
These pumps mount the flange directly to the receiver tank eliminating suction piping and minimizing NPSH problems. The pumps are designed to allow pumping to resume even after short periods of interrupted flow. The pump can be set up to use either belt drive or variable frequency drive, allowing it to be fine-tuned to match most system requirements.

RS
Multistage, Ring Section Pump
For Pressures to 1,500 PSI
The RS is offered with Class 300 ANSI R.F. inlet flanges and Class 600 or 900 ANSI R.F. discharge flanges, depending on the pressures and number of stages involved. Hydraulic performance extends to 2,000 GPM and 3,400 ft. TDH. The RS design incorporates a product-lubricated, advanced composite material, sleeve-type radial bearing at the outboard (discharge) end. The thrust bearings are two matched angular contact ball bearings located at the inboard (suction) end of the pump. An optional outboard mechanical seal with an inboard radial ball bearing is also available. The RS has oil-lubricated ball bearings, which can be water cooled. Larger units can also be fan cooled.

- PRESSURES TO 1,500 PSIG
- TEMPERATURES FROM -20° F TO 300° F
- SPEEDS TO 3,550 RPMF
GH
End-Suction Centrifugal Pump
Horizontal end-suction pump for handling water, oils and chemicals in marine, process and general industrial applications.
Available as either a frame-mounted (GHF) or close-coupled (GHC) unit. The GHC is fully compatible with standard, off-the-shelf NEMA JP frame motors, and all models feature a back pull-out design and casings rotatable in 90° increments for different field piping orientations.

- POWER TO 150 HP
- SPEED UP TO 3,550 RPM
GVC
Vertical, Cantilevered Pump
Vertical pump for handling fluids at moderate to high flow rates.
The design is a cantilever style unit that features non-wetted radial and thrust bearings located above the support plate, with a throttle bushing located immediately above the impeller. The GVC is Carver’s vertical pump for handling fluids at moderate to high flow rates. The standard design is a cantilever style unit.

ETA
High Capacity End-Suction Pump
Large flow, end-suction pump for handling water, oils and chemicals in process and general industry application.
Designed as a horizontal foot-mounted unit, that can be electric motor, diesel engine, or steam turbine driven. Designed for flow rates typically beyond the range of ANSI end suction pumps. Making it a very cost competitive alternative to axial split case pumps. Hydraulic performance for the ETA extends to 9,500 GPM and 440 feet of head. This range is covered by thirteen sizes in cast iron and bronze-fitted iron as the standard.

- TEMPERATURES TO 250° F
KWP
Non-Clogging Process Pump
Solids-handling pump for handling water, oils and chemicals in process and general industry applications.
The KWP is designed for fluids with entrained solids and fibrous materials up to 1.5″ in diameter. Wide passages in the two-vane enclosed impeller minimize clogging and crushing of the entrained material. Primarily a horizontal unit, the KWP can be either frame-mounted or close-coupled.
- FLOWS TO 1,300 GPM
- HEADS TO 240 FT.
- SOLIDS TO 1-1/2 IN. DIAMETER
