Travaini Liquid Ring Vacuum Pumps are designed to operate flawlessly under the most difficult conditions, even when highly saturated vapors or solid particles occur in the inlet stream. Utilizing state-of-the-art fluid dynamics and advanced manufacturing techniques, these pumps provide high energy efficiency and low sealant usage.
With both single (TRS/TRV) and two stage (TRH) designs to choose from, capacities range from 5 to 10,000 CFM with vacuum levels up to 29.5" HG. Standard features include heavy-duty external bearings, mechanical shaft seals, low noise level and a wide choice of materials.
Travaini's unique monoblock design allows standard pumps up to 50 HP to be flange mounted to a standard, nema C-faced motor. This prevents misalignment problems such as bearing and seal failures. Proper coupling alignment and dynamic balancing of the rotating parts ensures vibration-free operation.
Complete engineered systems, custom built to your specifications, are available as well as a full range of standard water-sealed units with no recovery or partial recovery capabilities. In addition, Travaini offers full recovery systems for a variety of different seal fluids.
