There are many relatively clean applications which require an air-cooled vacuum pump of compact design with high vacuum capability.  Industries utilizing such a pump include vacuum packing of food and meat products, hospitals, laboratories, electronics and printing, as well as many OEM applications.  The rotant PVL series Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump is Travaini's solution for these industries.

With eleven models to choose from, Travaini Rotary Vane Vacuum Pumps cover vacuum applications down to 0.5 TORR (29.9") and offer capacity ranges from 8 to 716 CFM.  By adding a vacuum booster, the capacity range increases to 1,500 CFM with ultimate pressure down to 10 micron.  All units are built from heavy-duty cast components (no sheet metal fans or shrouds), are direct driven at 1,800 or 1,200 RPM and flange mounted to NEMA-C face motors.
