Vertical Pumps

Vertical pumps are centrifugal pumps specially designed to move liquids smoothly through a system. Ideal for sump/process drainage applications including applications with difficult to handle liquids consisting of large/abrasive solids, high temp and higher viscosities.

This type of pump is used when there is limited surface area to work with. Vertical pumps require a smaller footprint than a horizontal pump.

One of the leading manufacturers of vertical pumps is Vertiflo. Vertiflo, located in Cincinnati, Ohio, was established in 1979 to design, sell and build packaged lift stations.

Since 1981, Vertiflo has concentrated on manufacturing vertical process pumps, sump pumps, end suction pumps and self-priming pumps in cast iron, stainless steel and special alloys. Their pumps are proudly made in the USA. vertical pump vertiflo
