Design & Build
We believe a properly sized system increases performance, while decreasing energy, down time, and consumables. Our outside engineering staff works on site parameters to insure optimization of process, while adding the benefit of reliability and energy efficiency. Our inside engineering team is capable of handling custom solutions through the design build process. We have a new spacious facility set up for custom manufacturing. It includes steel and stainless steel working machinery, overhead cranes, machining equipment , and paint booth. We have several testing bays and test up to 300 HP on site. This in-house efficiency allows us to fabricate custom components, structural bases, supports, and sound enclosures in less time while saving you money.
Control & Performance
In a custom solution integrating controls is a process that can be both time and labor consuming. Coordination can be complicated, but at VPC you can rely on our years of experience. We provide control systems as simple as starters and VFD drives to full remote automation control panels . Our team builds control systems that are easily integrated into your existing system. We offer a variety of solutions using interfaces that allow for easier monitoring, control, troubleshooting, and levels of protection.

A food processor used heat to reduce moisture content in their product before packaging for export. The process was time consuming, expensive, and required additional handling of the product. VPC designed a vacuum system to remove moisture that resulted in time and cost savings, but most importantly met quality compliance requirements of the product before reaching their customer.
A food processing plant was using a rotary screw vacuum system and was unable to achieve the vacuum level required to insure consistent freshness. VPC designed a full recovery stainless steel system to provide proper vacuum level and control. Besides solving their vacuum issues, the system provided ease of maintenance and energy efficiency.
