How the HydroMix® Mixing System Works
The HydroMix® system combines a centrifugal pump with strategically positioned tank nozzles.
Mixing Process
- Fluid is drawn from the tank by a pump.
- The pump recirculates the fluid back into the tank through HydroMix nozzles.
- The nozzle discharge creates powerful circulation patterns within the tank.
- This circulation blends liquids and keeps solids in suspension.
The system creates both horizontal rotation and vertical mixing motion, promoting uniform mixing throughout the vessel.
